Throughout our careers we have had the privilege of doing service and warranty work for a number of window companies such as Lincoln, Anderson, and Kolby. The performance of this work required that we not only fix problems and perform repairs, but also to analyze the cause of the problem. In our report back to the manufacturer we evaluated whether the issue was an engineering flaw or an installation error. By performing this task we have been given unique insight into how little things, that go unnoticed at the point of the initial installation, can lead to problems, headaches, and product failure down the road.
